Highly recommend the Flo's 6 oz. Filet mignon...cooked PERFECTLY, so tender, juicy, flavorful! Highly recommend the brussel sprouts as side.....carmelized on the grill, with crispy edges and slight honey taste....DELICIOUS! Also, highly recommend the sweet potato with cinnamon & sugar, and the strawberry & regular salads! Honorable mention on the loaded potato soup, and the wild west shrimp!! **** Service by Blair J. was very friendly, personable, & attentive/professional!! She was EXCELLENT! Made you feel like you were a guest in her personal home! A++++ New kudos to Longhorns for their food and overall experience!!!

I had parmesan crusted chicken with loaded baked potato and my hubby had the cowboy pork chops and mashed potatoes. Our salads were fresh and bread was hot. It was delicious.

Jennifer was our server....good service, good food! Only issue we had was the very judgmental table next to us. It is very sad that you can't go out to eat without being judged based off of your piercings/tattoos and who you are seated with and then to sit and quote scripture out loud aimed directly towards my table was completely uncalled for! This was a table of the older generation so I guess I should have expected nothing less than judgement!

We had a date at the longhorn, we really enjoyed the meal.. it was busy, but not loud ,the flow of customers was good. There was a bar serving beer, wines, and liquor but they mostly served domestic beer. They had a small selection of desserts, I did not eat a dessert on this outing. We saw our waitress three times and had our food delivered from a totally different waitress but all of them had A positive attitude. parking was tight, and I didn’t use one of the restrooms so I’m not sure how those looked.

Great food and service. Not too busy when we went on a Friday evening, only had to wait about five minutes for somewhere to sit - we would have preferred to have been able to reserve a seat in advance but that option wasn’t available. Food and wine were great and the drawing and puzzle paper for kids is great. Service was friendly and quick, as with most places in Rome you are presented with the cheque before you have finished eating which makes me feel like they want us to rush to leave but apart from that a lovely evening.

We came on a busy mid lunch afternoon. We were quickly seated and our server wasn't particularly friendly. The menu is rather limited to burger, steak, and salads but is a steakhouse so that should be expected. The free bread was delicious! Our appetizer came out quickly but was a lil lukewarm temperature wise. Then our entrees took a long time to come out. We had time to admire several paintings of the wild West posted up around the restaurant. Our entrees were as expected and pretty good. We weren't given a pen to tip with either. Overall a mediocre experience but not bad.

Valentines Day 2026 Our server Gavin was amazing! It’s not often you get great food and great service when eating out much anymore but both food and server were phenomenal! Seriously the best dinner we’ve had out in a long time. Thank you Longhorn and thank you Gavin!

Food was good as usual but after ordering online and getting a text that the food was almost ready and to check in online when I arrived, it took over 20 minutes and a call into the store for anyone to bring my food out. I understand that it gets busy but it only takes a minute or 2 to walk a bag of food outside.
